The Iberostar Coral Beach Hotel project is developed from a furniture proposal that seeks to reinforce the space’s identity through a warm, bright, and Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic.
The intervention focuses on the design and manufacturing of furniture for the rooms, proposing clean and light solutions that enhance the spaciousness and natural luminosity of the area. The use of light tones, combined with soft textiles and green elements, creates a fresh and relaxed atmosphere, aligned with the hotel’s character.
The main feature of the project is the bed headboard, which incorporates a decorative lattice made of MDF, introducing an arabesque-inspired pattern. This element not only adds aesthetic value but also establishes a direct connection with the architectural and cultural context of the surroundings, giving the room a unique and recognizable identity.
The furniture is conceived as an integrated set, where bedside tables, support surfaces, and auxiliary elements are designed under the same formal criteria, ensuring coherence and functionality. The refined lines and visual lightness allow the lattice to act as a central element without overwhelming the space.
The relationship between interior and exterior is enhanced through large openings and chromatic continuity that connects the room with the landscape, reinforcing the feeling of spaciousness and well-being.
The result is a balanced and harmonious space, where the furniture transcends its function to become an active part of the design, contributing character, identity, and a differentiated experience within the hotel environment.
